Sri Suktam Puja: Book Pandit Ji for Sri Suktam Puja
Sri Suktam is the oldest hymn found in Rig Veda written in Praise of Goddess Lakshmi .
For the adoration of Lakshmi, there is no hymn equal to the Sri Suktam.
The letters, syllables and words in the verses of Sri Suktam, collectively form the sound body of Lakshmi, the presiding deity of this Hymn .
Goddess Lakshmi, the eternal consort of Lord Narayana has been referred as ‘Sri’ meaning the personification of auspicious , royal qualities, the goddess of wealth and as the consort of Sri Narayana.
Sri Suktam is found at the end of the fifth mandala and before the commencement of the sixth mandala of Rig Veda.
Goddess Lakshmi is worshipped in eight aspects, viz : Adi Lakshmi , Dhana Lakshmi , Dhanya Lakshmi , Gaja Lakshmi ,Santana Lakshmi , Veera/Dhairya Lakshmi , Jaya/Vijaya Lakshmi , Vidya Lakshmi.
This Puja is especially dedicated to Goddess Lakshmi who is known as the “goddess of wealth”, the consort of Lord Vishnu.
Sri Suktam puja of Goddess Lakshmi is a very powerful puja which is highly recommended for removing Financial crisis, hardship and sufferings. This powerful puja restores and retains Health, Wealth, Peace, Prosperity and Abundance in life and removes all financial obstacles .
